Cordial has developed a next-generation, multichannel messaging automation platform. We meet the needs of the modern marketer by enabling them to communicate in real time with their customer, contacts or users based on behaviors and events. We allow our clients to import lists of millions of contacts, track user behaviors, and then act on that activity. Whether the marketer would like to send a weekly newsletter to their entire list, or trigger a cart abandonment email when someone visits their e-commerce site, we have a solution.
As a newly formed startup Cordial was building from the ground up. We needed expertise in establishing our front-end application framework and developing toward an MVP [minimum viable product] quickly. Since that time, Cordial has continued to fill out the platform adding event triggered messaging, analytics, machine learning and a number of other features and enhancements.
After speaking to a number of individual developers and development service providers, we decided that Innofied was a great fit based on their expertise and approach to our situation. Innofied has contributed throughout the Cordial platform, from implementing our initial multichannel messaging hub to the creation of user-configurable dashboard to our segmentation interface or “audience builder.”
