Here at Innofied we truly believe in taking care of those who work really hard and made Innofied what is today. To speak frankly, we see them more as a family than just employees. Rather than putting it all in words we decided to do something special, a thing that rarely happens in other companies. So, we started thinking as to how we can sweep our amazing employees off their feet and after a lot of brainstorming within the management, we decided to surprise our outstanding employees with surprise mega prizes. Let me share with you what they were.

The first prize was an all expenses paid International Tour for the most outstanding team member of Innofied! Awesome right? Yup thats how much we care. Following it up was the second prize, which was an all expenses paid Domestic Tour for the most proficient of minds in our Innofied team.

The employees who have consistently handled longer projects were treat with Hyatt Regency Poolside Buffet with their loved ones.

Last but not the least there were many Barbeque Nation Buffet coupons spread among other hardworking employees.

Complimenting the prizes was the regular Innofied Awards ritual where we presented awards to team members who have achieved high in projects and client satisfaction.

Moreover, lets not forget our Independence Day Rangoli competition! Yes we crowned a winner. It was the National Bird by one of our best teams and we gifted them with custom printed coffee mugs to happily keep sipping and coding.

The most important thing to get out of this whole celebration was the wonderful smile and satisfaction that came to so many faces. It was a great achievement for us as a company because our employees are the reason we’ve gotten so far It was also a day when our motto of keeping employees happy was fulfilled to the core.
